If your trip lasts more than 48 hours and you have access to a power source at your hotel, the Ultimate JourneySafe Cooler Suite would be the ideal choice. This suite offers a cooling period of 30 hours when utilizing Bio-Gel Ice Pack, and can operate indefinitely when plugged in.

If your trip exceeds 48 hours but your medication will always be stored in places with a power supply—such as hotels—without the need to carry it around constantly, the Ultimate JourneySafe Cooler is a better fit. It offers unlimited runtime when connected to a power source.

If your travel duration exceeds 48 hours and the power source at your rest stops is unreliable, the Ultimate JourneySafe Cooler Suite with Powerbank would be optimal. This variant provides 30 hours of cooling using a Bio-Gel Ice Pack, an additional 12 hours of insulation with a single Power Bank, and can operate indefinitely when plugged in.

For journeys not exceeding 24 hours, the Portable model would be suitable. It provides a cooling duration of 30 hours using a Bio-Gel Ice Pack, and a 6-hour cooling period when using an ice bucket.

The cooling time is related to the ambient temperature. The cooling times mentioned above were measured at an ambient temperature of 77°F or 25°C. The cooler operates at temperatures from 35-113°F or 2-45°C .

How to Use

Plug-in Refrigeration

For continuous refrigeration, connect the cooler to any power source, including a car's USB-equipped cigarette lighter, a USB battery pack, or a computer's USB port. Available on products that include a Refrigeration Compartment.

Refrigeration without power

The Bio-Gel Ice Pack freezes for 6-8 hours and stands at room temperature for 2 minutes. Place the medication and frozen Bio-Gel Ice Pack in the cooler case, close the lid, and it will continue to cool for up to 30 hours. Available on products that include a bio-gel ice pack.

Emergency Refrigeration

Emergency ice can be obtained from airports, airplanes, shops, hotels, etc. Place the ice in the ice bucket and the medication in the medicine storage box for temporary refrigeration for 5-8 hours. Available on products that include a ice bucket.

Can’t fit the ice crystal box and cooling chamber at the same time. Can’t fit the ice bucket with either. Have to choose one out of three for meds. Looks like a bunch of options but can only use one. The cooling chamber doesn’t display temperature when unplugged. Not sure how long the cooling chamber can maintain temperature on standby.
