It’s very useful and works well when plugged in. I haven’t tried ice pack and ice cubes yet, so I’m not sure how long it can maintain a certain cold temperature. The ice cubes should probably be the small kind. When plugged in, it can maintain the temperature, but if the power is cut, it will return to room temperature in about half an hour. The packaging is very good, including the box and everything.
